JCLF libraries

This set of libraries include general utility classes for the Java™ platform, like:

• Improved versions of several basic Java utilities.
• A printf-style formatting system.
• An HTML parser and a set of related classes.

JCLF is currently divided in two subpackages: the base package and the alarm package.
