HTML4J libraries
This set of libraries include a couple HTML parsers and classes appropriate to work with HTML on the Java™ platform.
IMPORTANT NOTE: the current code available for download is very old. A new, totally-rewritten HTML4J is being prepared with support for both HTML5 and XHTML5. It will be released only when it's ready.

External dependencies
The libraries require a Java™ Runtime Environment (Standard Edition), version 5 or later. If your computer does not have such an environment, you can download it from Oracle Software Downloads.
